Securities may be redeemed, at the issuers option, as early as 09/30/2017 for a redemption price of $25/share plus accrued dividends, PLUS accrued appreciations rights (see prospectus)

On 9/30/2020 the dividend amount will become 10%, but the home price appreciation factor ceases to accrue.  The 10% dividend will be on the $25 par value plus accrued hoe price appreciation factor.

Dividend Payment Will Not Be Qualified Distributions.  Dividends of preferred stocks of REITs are not eligible for the qualified tax rate.
