ETF Commodity Type: Energy
ETFs, or exchange traded funds, are a type of investment fund that tracks a group of assets, such as commodities, stocks, or bonds. ETFs are traded on stock exchanges, and they usually have lower fees than traditional mutual funds. Energy commodity ETFs are ETFs that track a basket of energy commodities, such as crude oil, natural gas, and coal. Energy commodity ETFs offer investors exposure to the energy sector without having to purchase individual stocks or commodities. These ETFs can be used to hedge against inflation or to speculate on the future price movements of energy commodities.
