Securities may be redeemed, at the issuers option, as early as 12/31/2012  the call price is $25 plus accrued dividends plus a 1% premium, reduced to 1/2% premium on 12/31/2013 and no premium after that date.

Dividend Payment Will NOT BE Qualified Distributions.  Preferred stock dividends of business development companies (BDC’s) are not eligible for the qualified tax rate.  Because the BDC generally pays no federal taxes (if they follow the rules) there is no incremental tax break for the individual holders.
