Alma Gold is engaged in acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets. Co. had not yet determined whether Co.'s mineral property asset contains ore reserves that are economically recoverable. Recoverability of amounts shown for exploration and evaluation assets is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in underlying mineral claims, ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete development of and future profitable production from property or realizing proceeds from its disposition.
