Alexander's, Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on leasing, managing, developing, and redeveloping properties, managed by Vornado Realty Trust. It owns five properties in New York City: a 1,079,000 sq ft multi-use building at 731 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan; Rego Park I, a 338,000 sq ft shopping center on Queens Boulevard; Rego Park II, a 616,000 sq ft shopping center adjacent to Rego Park I; a 167,000 sq ft building in Flushing; and The Alexander apartment tower with 312 units totaling 255,000 sq ft, located above Rego Park II.
