AmeraMex International sells, leases and rents heavy equipment to a variety of industries, including construction, mining, infrastructure, logging, logistics, transportation, and commercial farming. Co. acquires used equipment for resale through trade-ins, returned customer leases, and selective purchases. Co. also sells parts and provides repair and maintenance services to customer. Co. has three business units: Hamre Equipment Inc.; Hamre Heavy Haul, which includes a fleet of heavy haul equipment and is engaged in the marketing of Co.'s heavy haul services; and Hamre Parts & Service Organization, which includes a maintenance organization with a parts inventory and service department.
