Co. is focused on the rare earth element deposits at Alces Lake and on exploring high-grade, near-surface uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin area. The recoverability of the carrying cost of its resource properties is dependent upon the existence of resources that are economically recoverable, confirmation of Co.'s ownership interests in the claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the exploration and the development of the properties, and upon future profitable production, or proceeds from the disposition of the properties.
