Allegiant Professional Business Services provides temporary staffing and professional employer organization (PEO) services. In certain circumstances in providing PEO services, Co. becomes a co-employer of the client's existing workforce in a PEO contract and assume responsibility for some or all of the human resource management responsibilities, including payroll and payroll taxes, employee benefits, health insurance, workers' compensation coverage, workplace safety programs, compliance with federal and state employment laws, labor and workplace regulatory requirements, and related administrative responsibilities.
