Anton Oilfield Services Group is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the provision of oil and gas field development technical services, and tubular services covering the entire life cycle of oil and gas field development, including drilling, completion and production stages. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. had four segments: drilling technology, which provides engineering technical services and products during the drilling stage; well completion, which provides technical services and products during well completion stage; down-hole operation, which develops oil and gas fields; and tubular services, which provides services and products in respect of tubulars.
