Co.'s segments are: Well Servicing, which encompasses a range of services performed with a mobile well servicing rig, also commonly referred to as a workover rig, and ancillary equipment; Water Logistics, which provides oilfield fluid supply, transportation, storage, and midstream services; and Completion and Remedial Services, which provides oil and natural gas operators with a package of services including rental and fishing tools, coiled tubing, snubbing services, thru-tubing, and underbalanced drilling in low pressure and fluid sensitive reservoirs.
