With the exception of The Whale's Rib, a restaurant Co. operates but has no ownership interest, and Brendan's Sports Pub, a restaurant/bar it owns, all of the restaurants operate under its service marks Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill or Flanigan's and all of the package liquor stores operate under its service marks Big Daddy's Liquors or Big Daddy's Wine & Liquors. Co.'s segments are: the restaurant segment, which provides alcoholic beverages and food service; and the package liquor store segment, which provides customers with a variety of brand name and private label liquors, beers and wines.
