ProShares UltraShort MSCI Brazil Capped is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-2x) of the daily performance of the MSCI Brazil 25/50 Index (the Index). The Index is a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index that is designed to measure the equity market performance of the Brazilian market. As of May 31 2013, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $17,992,575 and $16,226,981, respectively.
