Co. focuses on the distribution of compressed natural gas (CNG), through CNG fueling stations owned by its variable interest entity (VIE), Xi'an Xilan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. Co.'s VIE and its subsidiary, Lingbao Yuxi Natural Gas Co. Ltd., also install natural gas pipelines for, and distribute and sell piped natural gas to, residential and commercial customers in Xi'an city in Shaanxi Province, including Lantian County, and the districts of Lintong and Baqiao, in Shaanxi Province, and in Lingbao city in Henan Province. In addition, Co. is involved in liquefied natural gas business.
