CNB is a bank holding company. Through its Citizens National Bank of Cheboygan subsidiary (the Bank), Co. provides banking services to individuals, agricultural and commercial businesses and light industries in its service area, which consists of the Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Emmet and Otsego Counties in Michigan. The Bank provides loans for home mortgages, automobiles, personal expenditures and loans to business enterprises for operations and expansion. The Bank also provides deposit accounts, including checking, savings, money market, individual retirement accounts and certificates of deposit. As of Dec 31 2015, Co. had total assets of $271.7 million and total deposits of $243.2 million.
