Based on the information available, Co. has not yet determined whether these properties contain economically recoverable ore reserves. The recovery of the amounts comprising resource properties and deferred exploration costs is dependent upon the confirmation of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain the financing necessary to successfully complete its exploration and development, and the attainment of future profitable production.
