Captor Capital is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties with a focus on uranium. Co. is in the process of exploring its exploration properties for mineral resources and has not determined whether the properties contain economically recoverable reserves. The recovery of the amounts shown for the exploration properties and the related deferred expenditures is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the exploration, and upon future profitable production.
