Guggenheim Timber is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the performance of an equity index called the Beacon Global Timber Index (the Index). All securities in the Index are selected from the universe of global timber companies. The Fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in common stock, American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts that comprise the Index. As of May 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $201,768,559 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $201,147,117.
