WisdomTree LargeCap Dividend Fund is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond to the price and yield performance of the WisdomTree LargeCap Dividend Index (the Index). The Index is a fundamentally weighted index that measures the performance of the large-capitalization segment of the United States dividend-paying market. The Index is dividend weighted annually to reflect the proportionate share of the aggregate cash dividends each component company is projected to pay in the coming year. As of Mar 31 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $2,186,413,161 and $2,181,580,502, respectively.
