Through its subsidiaries, Co. owns and operates oil and gas properties in Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia; and owns a fee title interest, leasehold interest and Federal Placer and Lode mining claims containing non-metallic and other minerals in Texas, New Mexico and Utah. At Sep 30 2013, Co.'s estimated proved developed reserves were 21,958 barrels of oil and 297.0 million cubic feet of natural gas.
