Co.'s investment objectives are to provide holders of preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in an amount of C$0.04375 per preferred share to yield 5.25% per annum on the original issue price and to return the original issue price to their holders on Dec. 1, 2014 and to provide holders of class A shares with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be C$0.10 per class A share to yield 8.0% on the original issue price and return the original issue price to their holders on Dec. 1, 2014. As of Nov 30 2010, Co. had total assets of C$85,458,586 and total portfolio investments of C$77,255,272.
