Dividend 15 Split is a mutual fund corporation. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of Preferred Shares with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of C$0.04375 per Preferred Share; to provide holders of Class A Shares with regular monthly cash distributions targeted to be C$0.10 per Class A Share; and to return the original issue price of C$10.00 and C$15.00 to holders of Preferred Shares and Class A Shares, respectively, at the time of the redemption of such shares on Dec. 1, 2014 or such other date as the Fund may terminate. As of Nov 30 2010, Co. had total assets of C$269,431,544 and an investment portfolio at fair value of C$237,872,440.
