The SPDR S&P Emerging Markets Dividend ETF (the ?Fund?) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks dividend-paying securities of publicly traded companies in emerging markets. In seeking this objective, the Fund uses a sampling strategy. As of Sep 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $321,543,576 and $313,607,714, respectively.
