iShares MSCI Peru and Global Exposure ETF/iShares Trust ( NYSE : EPU )

The iShares MSCI All Peru Capped ETF (the ?Fund?) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of Peruvian equities, as represented by the MSCI All Peru Capped Index (the ?Index?). The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. Due to the use of representative sampling, the Fund may or may not hold all of the securities that are included in the Index. As of Aug 31 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $135,849,603 and $131,354,493, respectively.
