The Bank conducts a general banking business in southeast Indiana and southwest Ohio which consists of accepting deposits from the general public and applying those funds to the origination of loans for residential, consumer and commercial purposes. The Bank's wholly-owned subsidiary, FCN Holdings, Inc., manages a significant portion of the Bank's investment portfolio. FCN Risk Management, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Co., provides property, casualty and liability insurance coverage to Co.
