Frontline Ltd. is an international shipping company. Co. is engaged in the seaborne transportation of crude oil and oil products. It operates through tankers segment, which includes crude oil tankers and product tankers. Co.'s fleet consists of approximately 70 vessels, with a capacity of approximately 12.7 million deadweight tonnage (DWT) out of which, the Co. owns approximately 64 vessels (17 very large crude carriers (VLCCs), 27 Suezmax tankers, 20 LR2/Aframax tankers); two VLCCs that are under finance leases; and four vessels that are under the Co.'s commercial management (two Suezmax tankers, and two Aframax tankers).
