Co. issues shares in blocks of 50,000 (a Basket) in exchange for deposits of Australian Dollars and distributes Australian Dollars in connection with the redemption of Baskets. The investment objective of Co. is for the shares to reflect the price in U.S. dollars of the Australian Dollars plus accrued interest, if any, less the expenses of Co.'s operations.
