Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte holds concessions to operate, maintain and develop 13 airports in Mexico, which are concentrated in the country's central and northern regions. Co. charges fees to airlines, passengers and other users for the use of the airports' facilities. Co. also derive rental and other income from commercial and diversification activities conducted at its airports, such as the leasing of space to restaurants and retailers, the operation of parking facilities, the operation of the OMA Carga business, the Terminal 2 NH Collection Hotel and the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel at the Monterrey airport, among others.
