Co. invests substantially all of its assets in WisdomTree Continuous Commodity Index Master Fund (the Master Fund). Co. holds no investment assets other than the Master Fund's common units of beneficial interest. Co.'s investment objective is to provide investors with exposure to the daily change in the price of a portfolio of commodities, consisting of corn, soybeans, wheat, live cattle, lean hogs, gold, silver, copper, cocoa, coffee, sugar, cotton, soybean oil, platinum, crude oil, NY Harbor ULSD, and natural gas.
