Goldstar Minerals is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Co. has not yet determined whether the property under option contains are reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral property and related deferred exploration costs is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of the Company's interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to complete the development of and future profitable production from the properties of realizing proceeds from their disposition.
