GAMCO Global Gold Natural Resources & Income Trust is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust's primary investment objective is to provide a high level of current income. The Trust's secondary investment objective is to seek capital appreciation consistent with the Trust's strategy and its primary objective. Under normal market conditions, the Trust will attempt to achieve its objectives by investing 80% of its assets in equity securities of companies principally engaged in the gold and natural resources industries.
