Golden Goliath Resources is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of resource properties. Co. is in the process of evaluating its properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for exploration and evaluation assets are dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the development of the properties and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
