Giga-tronics consists of two business segments, those of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Microsource Inc. (Microsource) and those of its Giga-tronics Division (Giga-tronics). Microsource develops and manufactures MICs for operational use in airborne military applications. Microsource's customers are prime contractors for which Co. develops and manufactures RADAR filters used in fighter jet aircrafts. Co.'s Giga-tronics Division designs, manufactures and markets a family of functional test products and integrates those test products along with third party hardware and software to create solutions for the RADAR/EW segment of the defense electronics market.
