The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral properties and related deferred exploration expenses is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves and confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying mineral claims, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to satisfy the expenditure requirements and to complete the development of properties and upon future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
