Gilla is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of e-liquid, which is used in vaporizers, electronic cigarettes (E-cigarettes), and other vaping hardware and accessories. A vaporizer, or E-cigarette, is an electronic inhaler meant to simulate and substitute traditional cigarettes. E-liquid is a solution of propylene glycol (an organic compound that facilitates the vapor effect that can be found in many pharmaceutical and cosmetic products such as moisturizers, vegetable glycerin, flavoring and, if stipulated, a variable percentage of pharmaceutical grade nicotine. As of Dec 31 2016, Co. owned and marketed 15 brands which is comprised of over 125 proprietary flavors.
