Great Lakes Aviation is a regional airline operating as an independent carrier and as a code share partner with United Air Lines, Inc., which allows customers to purchase connecting flights through its code share partners and to share other benefits such as baggage transfer and frequent flyer benefits. In addition to its code share agreement and independent branding, Co. has developed electronic ticketing interline agreements. Co. operates hubs at Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, Minneapolis, MN, and Phoenix, AZ. Co. provides scheduled air services under the Great Lakes brands. Co. also carries cargo on most of its scheduled flights. As of Mar 20 2015, Co. served 28 airports in nine states.
