As of Dec 31 2015, Co. owned and operated 13 urgent and primary care centers in the east and southeastern U.S. Co. treats colds, influenzas, ear infections, hypertension and other routine medical conditions, as well as higher acuity conditions such as lacerations, dislocations, bruises, sprains and strains. Co. also provides occupational health services to local employers, which involve its performance of pre-employment drug screens, physicals and the treatment of on-the-job injuries to employees or contractors of its employer clients.
