iShares U.S. Treasury Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Barclays U.S. Treasury Bond Index (the Index). The Index is a market capitalization-weighted index that measures the performance of public obligations of the U.S. Treasury that have a remaining maturity of one year or more. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Oct 31 2015, the Fund's total assets were $2,081,311,456 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $2,053,459,841.
