Honey Badger Silver is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mining properties. Co. continues to be in the process of exploring and developing its mineral properties to determine whether these properties contain concentrations of base and/or precious metals that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of amounts shown for mineral properties and deferred exploration costs is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain financing to complete development of the properties and on future production or proceeds of disposition.
