Horizons Active Ultra-Short Term US Investment Grade Bond is an investment trust. The Fund's investment objective is to generate income that is consistent with prevailing the U.S. short-term corporate bond yields while stabilizing the market value of the ETF from the effects of the U.S. interest rate fluctuation. The Fund invests primarily in a portfolio of the U.S. corporate debt securities and hedges the portfolio's U.S. interest risk to generally maintain a portfolio duration of less than two years. As of Dec 31 2015, Co. had total assets of C$34,046,617 and an investment portfolio at fair value of C$30,017,063.
