iShares International Select Dividend is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of the Dow Jones EPAC Select Dividend Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of a selected group of equity securities issued by companies that have provided relatively high dividend yields on a consistent basis over time. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index. As of Apr 30 2015, the Fund's total assets and investment portfolio totaled $4,635,564,083 and $4,604,774,773, respectively.
