Infrastructure Materials is engaged in the exploration and development of limestone and precious metals from its claims in the State of Nevada. Co.'s limestone assets are held by its wholly owned subsidiary, Infrastructure Materials Corp US (IMC US). As of June 30 2017, IMC US controlled two limestone projects in Nevada. Also, as of the same date, Co.'s other wholly owned subsidiary, Silver Reserve Corp., had interests in nine precious metal projects in Nevada.
