iMetal Resources is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Ontario, Canada and Central Italy. Co. has not yet determined whether the properties contain National Instrument 43-101 compliant ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recovery of the amounts shown for mineral properties is dependent upon the existence of economically recoverable reserves, the ability of Co. to obtain necessary financing to complete the exploration and development of such a property or properties and ultimately upon future profitable production from a property or properties or the realization of proceeds from the disposition thereof.
