Co., through its affiliates, is engaged in the provision of maintenance services and renewal works for elevators and escalators mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. As an independent maintenance company, Co. provides maintenance works for elevator and escalator models manufactured by major domestic manufacturers. Co.'s renewal works include upgrading the main equipment of elevators and escalators such as control panel, hoisting machine, and motors. Co. provides maintenance services and inspection works once a month and regular inspection once a year as prescribed by the Building Standards Act.
