Co. operates three majority-owned subsidiaries: Marijuana Holdings Americas, Inc., which operates Co.'s U.S. based cannabis operations; Kaya Brands USA, Inc., which manages a few proprietary brands formulated and developed by Co.; and Kaya Brands International, Inc., which serves as Co.'s vehicle for expansion into cannabis markets.
