The Fund seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the KBW Regional Banking Index (the "Index"). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities of publicly traded mid-capitalization companies that do business as regional banks and thrifts listed on U.S. stock markets and that comprise the Index. As of Oct 31 2013, the Fund's total assets were $36,088,279 and the Fund's investment portfolio was valued at $36,062,909.
