Co. is in the process of exploring its mining properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. The recoverability of costs incurred on exploration and development is dependent upon the discovery of economically recoverable reserves, the securing and maintenance of the interests in the properties, future production or proceeds from the disposition thereof, and the ability of Co. to obtain the necessary financing to continue these operations.
