The recoverability of amounts for mineral properties and related deferred exploration costs is dependent upon the confirmation of Co.'s interest in the underlying claims, Co.'s ability to obtain necessary financing to complete development, future profitable production or, alternatively, upon disposition of such properties at a profit.
