Transportation segment is engaged in the railroad passenger operations "Keio Line" from Shinjuku Station and "Inokashira Line" from Shibuya to the western part of Tokyo and northern Kanagawa Prefecture; and the operation of local bus lines and taxicabs. Merchandise Sales segment is engaged in the operation of department stores, supermarkets, and shopping centers. Real Estate segment is engaged in the brokerage, leasing, management, development, and sale of condominiums, parking lots, and commercial facilities. Leisure segment is engaged in the operation of hotels, golf courses and ranges, eating establishments, and travel agencies.
