Lucky Minerals is engaged in acquiring and exploring mineral property interests. Co. had an interest in three mineral properties: the Nico Property, located in Quebec; the Josefina Property and the Silver Mountain Property, located in the Huarochiri Province of Lima, Peru. Co. has not commenced any mineral exploration operations. The ability of Co. to recover the costs it has incurred to the date of issue of these statements is dependent upon Co. being able to identify a commercial ore body, to finance its exploration and development costs and to resolve any environmental, regulatory or other constraints which may hinder the successful development of the property.
