Pioneer Municipal High Income Opportunities Fund is a newly organized, diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide holders of the Fund's common stock with a high level of income exempt from regular federal income tax. As a secondary investment objective, the Fund may seek capital appreciation to the extent consistent with its primary investment objective. Distributions from sources other than interest income from the Fund's portfolio of municipal securities, including capital gain distributions, are not exempt from regular federal income tax.
